Development
Packaging development involves several key steps: analysis, design, and testing. Ecobliss collaborates with you to understand your business and analyse all needs. Important factors considered include sustainability, cost, marketing, communication space, attractiveness, theft resistance, tamper evidence, shelf space, and unpacking experience.
Next, we create a complete packaging solution, considering all production process aspects. Once the design is approved, we produce prototypes to be evaluated against the initial requirements. We adjust as needed until you are satisfied with the prototypes
Realization
Once the development process is finished, we prepare for production. This includes placing your artwork on packaging components, making match proofs, sourcing raw materials, and creating any necessary tools for manufacturing. Additionally, any required machines and tools for packaging assembly and sealing are produced.
After completing all preparations and obtaining necessary approvals, we begin manufacturing the packaging materials.
Implementation
Once the packaging components and machines are ready, the actual assembly and sealing of your products can begin. Whether you handle this in-house, through a co-packer, or a third-party logistics provider, Ecobliss offers on-site assistance and advice to ensure efficient packaging.
